Got off my butt (figuratively; literally I was sitting in a chair in front of the computer) and did some of the work for the convention I've been meaning to do. Contacted a couple of game companies about sending representatives and/or stuff. I know I'm not too late for one of the companies, so I expect all will be fine with all of them.
