Still alive

In case anybody got concerned when I spontaneously stopped posting after being good about posting daily about sleep for a week, I'm still alive. I've had some pretty major setbacks, which I'll write about sometime I have more time. I've also had some limited success, in that despite all the problems I'm still sleeping less than I used to. Again, I'll get into it more later.

In the meantime, I've spent the better part of this week in NYC doing technical work for our (Theatre of the Expendable's) show, which goes up tomorrow. Here's the one plug/invitation...do consider coming, it looks to be coming together nicely.
