Finally got that entry I've been stewing over posted. I think I was overthinking it, trying to write it for the wrong audience and hence for the wrong reasons, and thus trying to use too many words to say too little too cryptically.

Dad gave me a 19" TV for the holidays on a bit of a whim. So, of course, I had to bring my SNES and classic games up to my apartment. The other day I went to the Den in search of used games for it, and failed to find any; but I did find a used PS/one and Xenogears, so now I'm enjoying that, and will be able to finish FF IX and possibly borrow and/or obtain other greats. This is great, and enjoyable, but it's probably not great for my work ethic or my wrists. Also discovered the other night that playing through FF II (or IV if you prefer) is incredibly relaxing and comforting to me.
