What do you call a machine similar to a Turing machine, but with two heads implementing a queue: a read head at the front that can only consume and a write head at the back?

I call it a game I really shouldn't have been spending time on tonight. The programmers call it Manufactoria

Ophanim has broken my brain for tonight, I should get back to packing.

But I really do want to know if anybody can think of the name for the machine this models.
