Cosplay Doctor?

So it occurs to me that I have on-hand almost the entire ensemble to cosplay The Doctor from this gallery [warning, spoilers for current season finale, note, awesome photos if you haven't seen them].

If I were willing to cut my hair, it might even be possible to get it to look kind of like that with sufficient application of product. I don't think I am. I'm not sure how recognizable it would be without doing the hair, though.

But it would be kind of amazingly fabulous, all I'd need would be a better hat and the scarf, I might actually have the scarf kicking around or be able to borrow it. And I already have this fabric rose thing I made which I think could be kind of perfect.

Ummm....yeah. This might actually have to happen sometime...
