My VC credit card, which I got because they were offering a really pretty design with a reproduction of an old (ink?) image of Main Building as seen from Main Gate, with horses and carriages and women in pretty gowns and the like along Main Drive, in shades of grey with a nice, dark maroon lettering of the college name, got transferred to MBNA. Apparently, MBNA doesn't like the design or something, because they just sent me my replacement card (and I had two more years on this one, too!), and it's this ugly "impact" design in gray with a bright red (some shade that vaguely attempts to be maroon, but utterly fails) VC logo in the corner and other lettering (like the "VALID THRU") in that same ugly red.
Now I have to change all of my online bill-pays over to a different credit card (number changed, of course), and decide if I want to keep this card, when I only got it so I could carry a Pretty Thing (TM) in my wallet.
