I'll be brief, because nebel has written about this in more detail here. Vassar alums may remember Brian Grosz. Apparently there was an exhibit of his paintings at Vassar, and they recently removed one after it was decreed to be "pornographic" by the chair of the Women's Studies department. Read the link above, and learn more from his blog. I thought some people might want to know.

I learned something tonight which upsets me. Don't be surprised to find me cranky and/or unhappy over the next few days. I may or may not want to talk about it, and may or may not choose to talk about it here.

I'm horrible about e-mail? I didn't know that . . . is that just because you kept trying to e-mail me at the AOL address I never checked? My current e-mail address, if you don't have it, (although only for the next couple months) is the first two letters of my first name concatenated with my last name at my school dot edu. (Sort of like jodoe@collegename.edu)
