As some of my readers know, I recently picked up a copy of Final Fantasy Chronicles, which includes the full version of Final Fantasy IV (in what I've been led to believe, and seems to me to be, un-easified form).

I just beat Wyvern (known to players of Final Fantasy II as NeoBahamut) and obtained Ragnarok (known to players of FF II as the Crystal Sword) -- on the first try! And, for that matter, without first obtaining the White Lance (or whatever it's called in this version), the Masamune, or any of the other really good stuff deeper in the Moon than the path to said sword.

I'm still Chronicles-less, but I will own it. Oh yes, I will.......

*blink* I beat FF X-2, but not with 100%, thus I am playing it again.

I actually haven't completed any Final Fantasy game after IV, and haven't played any after IX. I really liked IX, though, and will get back to it sometime. No PS2 means no X or X-2.

Yeah, that's a bummer for you. I really love X-2, and X was great.

I think I'm the only person who liked VIII, though. I'm going back and replaying them, and VIII is fun. Different, but fun.
