First of the Regency classes I somehow talked myself into teaching at Vassar was today. It went quite well...at least I thought so. People seemed to be getting it and enjoying it (although they were pretty silent any time I asked them questions), and I even got them through a relatively tricky figure, Turn Corners (full figure at bottom, more information on two preceeding pages). Although when I got home and checked that link, I realized I'd very slightly messed up the figure. Next time I bring better notes. And better music.

Speaking of music, thank you [livejournal.com profile] penguinkraft for pointing me at something that worked. It was a big help.

Also thank you to [livejournal.com profile] shield_toad111 for helping out, both with bureaucratic stuff, and with helping the class run smoothly.

Vassarites and people who ever happen to be in the area on a Wednesday, you should come by. Wednesdays, 1-3pm, AFC MPR.

I should start seeing about whether I can really get an end-of-semester ball together...

Wow, I've been gone a long time. I have no idea what building AFC is. *sigh*
