I now own a "swallow-tail" coat, and all the rest of the stuff that goes along with. My mother took a couple of photos.
I hate it when my mother takes photographs of me. She insists that I "smile", and that I give a "real smile". By the latter she means an open mouth and lots of teeth. This invariably results in a photograph of me with a dorky grimace which looks nothing like me having a good time. If she'd take the photo while I'm actually smiling, I might not look ecstatic or like the expectations of someone in a photo—heck, I might not even look particularly happy—but at least I'd look like myself.
Anyway, here are the photos:
P.S. I built a good chunk of that deck.

I got into NYU, but I have more attractive options here.
Maybe for my PhD?

Sorry. I'm a sucker for a guy in tails --I somehow was lucky enough to have a promdate who wore them too, and I have determined that I somehow ought to get some for myself.
You look quite spift. How're they for dancing?

The rest, unsurprisingly, is just great. (Although I may switch to more slipper-like shoes.)

*sighs* I think I need a set of tails. Because they are awesome.
