I've been hearing about this "Extreme Programming" thing for 5-6 years now, since a prior boss of mine mentioned that he'd been reading it and thought it sounded interesting. Oh, how I wish I'd borrowed the book and read it then. I didn't, and I never really looked into it, but I keep hearing vaguely positive things about it.

I finally decided to go ahead and get my hands on a copy of Extreme Programming Explained (Second Edition), and I've started reading it. All I can say is, that is some fine looking Kool-Aid they're handing out there. I'd like to try some . . . a full cup, not just a tiny sip.

Extreme Programming is the constant-release model, yes? (To simplify a lot...)

It helps if the client can keep up with the constant-release model. My partner (Monochrome) has tried to get me to drink from that cup once or twice.. As an aside - Yeah - Magus - Drinking Deep. I wouldn't expect you to do things halfway. *GRIN*
