Well, I decided to go ahead and get a copy of that book everybody's reading tonight after all. Wandered by the local bookstore and decided I really didn't feel like dealing with the crowds. But the Super Stop & Shop was open and had a stack of them. No line to speak of by the time I got there (about 00:45).

So now I have something to do tonight. Enjoy, everybody else who's reading, and enjoy your weekends, those few brave souls who aren't spending them in a book.

(On the one hand, I haven't read any of them yet. (Plan to at some point, but haven't yet.) On the other, I got the main surprise(s) spoiled for me like two months ago. ;) )
