House?

One of my housemates just got an offer she can't refuse, so she's moving out at the end of the month. Anybody out there looking for a place to live in the Boston area, or know somebody who is? We'd prefer not to pick up a stranger on Craigslist.

Edit: We found someone this weekend.

Hmmm, well if you wait for a measly 4 years, I suspect kdsorceress will end up settling in Boston, but it's kind of a long time to hold a place for her *grin*

*grins* I was pretty much thinkin' the same thing.

Better now for them to get someone who's rich enough to pay all the rent, but obnoxious enough that no one will really mind when he dissapears in four years, and for some reason, decides to leave his entire fortune to me.
