Apology

I want to apologize to everybody who offered to come visit me at my parents' house...apparently I'm much worse at making plans when I'm there than usual, which is saying a lot. I need to switch to e-mail or IM immediately if I'm trying to make plans and starting here, I think. LJ just doesn't work for me for conversation.

I appreciate all of your support and offers of company...I hope I'll get to see you all soon.

I'm now back in Somerville...same deal, company which distracts me from how constrained I am, and/or keeps me fed, welcome. Offers here are fine, but I'll try to take it to e-mail quickly this time. People around here I've already talked to about this, expect me to contact you soon to start firming up plans.

I'm in the cast until 2009-03-17. I'm ready for it to come off...being one-handed is ceasing to be an interesting challenge.

We should get ice cream somewhere...does it count if it's actually good ice cream rather than good sundaes of mediocre ice cream?
